Job Description

·  Support the Sales and Marketing team in maintaining and nurturing ongoing business relationships with clients.
·  Participates in sales and business development activities as directed by the Cluster Director of Sales.
·  Executes and supports the operational aspects of secured business, including generating proposals, drafting contracts, and maintaining customer correspondence.
·  Gains a deep understanding of the property’s target customers and their service expectations, offering tailored business solutions before and during programs or events.
 

Qualifications

·  At least 1 year experience in the hotel industry.
·  Good in reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
·  Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point and Outlook.
·  Good communication and customer contact skills
