Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie - Pastry to join our culinary team in Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines. As a key member of our pastry department, you will contribute to creating exceptional desserts and pastries that delight our guests and uphold our commitment to culinary excellence.

·  Prepare and produce a wide range of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods
·  Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings
·  Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all pastry items
·  Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
·  Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
·  Contribute to menu planning and pricing strategies

Qualifications

·  Proven experience as a Chef de Partie - Pastry in a high-volume hotel or restaurant environment
·  Excellent technical skills in pastry preparation, baking, and dessert presentation
·  Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
·  Demonstrated creativity in pastry design and flavor combinations
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Strong organizational and time management skills
·  Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on pastry trends
