What you will be doing:

·  Will report to the Executive Sous Chef
·  Able to menu planning for  set menu, buffet menu and live kitchen menu.
·  Supervise and assists in plate up, coordinates with Chef on buffet, set menu, coffee breaks and receptions
·  Menu development for set menu, buffet menu and live kitchen menu.
·  Food preparation and delivery for large-scale events and banquets
·  Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback

Qualifications

General Requirements:

·  2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
·  Have a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, as well as a deep knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients
·  able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while also delegating tasks and responsibilities to your team members
·  Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
·  Good communication and customer contact skills
·  Service oriented with an eye for details
·  A team player & builder
·  Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
