Job Description
Chef de Partie
Craft Culinary Magic:
· The Waterlot Inn is a culinary destination. As our Chef De Partie, you will play a key role in crafting the magic alongside our chefs. You will bring strong technical skills and a passion for creating flavorful side dishes and sauces that complement our star attraction: steak and seafood.
· Gourmet Presentation: Prepare and present gourmet dishes table-side, turning meal preparation into a delightful performance.
· Guest Interaction: Explain the culinary techniques and ingredients used, making each preparation an educational and entertaining experience.
The Art of Collaboration:
· Team Harmony: Work cohesively with your team to ensure consistent quality and timely meal preparation.
· Supportive Role: Assist the Chef de Partie with all aspects of food preparation and service .
· Effective Communication: Maintain smooth workflow in the kitchen through effective communication with colleagues
· Precision and Technique: Demonstrate a strong understanding of culinary techniques and follow recipes precisely
· Presentation Excellence: Adhere to The Waterlot Inn's high standards for presentation and plating

Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate:
· Experienced Professional: 3+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
· Independent Worker: Demonstrated ability to work independently while adhering to high standards.
· Team Leader: Experience leading and mentoring a team is a plus.
