Job Description

The Role

·  Greet and seat guests 
·  Take food and beverage orders and provide recommendations on menu items and specials
·  Serve guests in a timely and professional manner
·  Maintain a clean and organised dining area, including setting and clearing tables
·  Provide guests with a memorable dining experience and build positive relationships with regular guests

Qualifications

Ideally you will have

·  Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel setting.
·  Excellent communication and customer service skills.
·  Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
·  Must have current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
