Job Description

Are you ready to join a fantastic team at a vibrant hotel in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam? We're seeking a passionate, welcoming, and enthusiastic Cable Car Station Bellboy to be the warm, friendly face of our establishment.

·  Greet guests with genuine warmth upon arrival and throughout their stay
·  Assist guests with luggage handling and room guidance
·  Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities
·  Maintain a friendly and approachable presence in the hotel lobby and entrance
·  Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
·  Perform various errands and tasks as requested by guests or management
·  Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel entrance and lobby area
·  Assist with parking and valet services when required
·  Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
·  Contribute to creating a positive and memorable experience for all guests

Qualifications

·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·  Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour
·  Physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
·  Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
·  Basic English language proficiency; knowledge of other languages is a plus
·  Familiarity with Phu Quoc island and its attractions
·  Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
·  Attention to detail and a well-groomed appearance
·  Problem-solving skills to handle guest concerns efficiently
·  Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential
