Job Description
- Lead Generation & Client Relationship Building
Conduct thorough market research to identify and onboard potential Corporate, Wholesale, MICE, and other business accounts. Proactively build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve and exceed sales targets by employing strategic outreach and a variety of sales techniques. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and securing repeat business.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Perform in-depth market research to pinpoint target client segments and understand their specific needs. Analyse competitor offerings to identify opportunities for enhancing product quality and maintaining a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Hospitality/Tourism Diploma or any other relevant field
- Previous experience in a similar role
Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in Business Development and Sales , preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry .
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong client relationships across various business segments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with sales teams to ensure efficient lead follow-up and business conversion.
