Job Description

What Will You Be Doing?

·  Processing and managing FIT and corporate reservations received via phone, email, and other channels
·  Serve as the first point of contact for all booking enquiries, delivering prompt and professional assistance
·  Providing efficient, friendly, and personalised service to every guest
·  Staying up to date and fluent with the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program
·  Collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure all guest requests and service needs are met seamlessly

Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience Include:

·  Service-oriented with a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
·  Confident, articulate communicator
·  Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
·  Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition, and a high level of energy
·  Genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceptional service
·  Flexible and adaptable, with availability to work across a range of shifts as needed
