Job Description

The Accor Talent Acquisition team is currently looking for a Business Analyst to be based in the Accor Corporate office in Madrid and whose main purpose will be to carry out monthly analysis of the hotels financial results, follow-up on hotels budget as well as ensuring the forecast accuracy. 

This position will report directly to the Finance Manager Operations for the Mediterranean countries and the scope of this position will cover 4 countries (Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece).

Role duties:

·  Fully integrated within the Southern Europe Hub’s Financial division (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece), you will be part of the FP&A Hotels team, with a focus on Mediterranean countries (Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece)
·  Recurring Financial Process
·  Monthly Stats and accounting closing: data collection, reliability checks, follow-up on hotels’ performance analysis (revenues, costs, fees …).
·  Participate in the business review meeting with the Revenue Manager Team and VPOM’s analyzing the hotels P&L vs. last year, budget and forecast in order to ensuring the budget and actions plans implementation if needed.
·  Participate in the elaboration of monthly business review, analyzing the hotels results and KPI’s, providing relevant analysis for decision maker.
·  Prepare reporting tools to follow-up the results.
·  Follow-up the hotels rolling forecast, ensuring a good accuracy.
·  Budget Hotel Process:
·  Support hotels in the process budget, preparing local tools and trainings.
·  Participation in the budget monitoring and operation support to reach the target agreed with the owners.

Qualifications

·  Degree in Finance or similar 
·  Financial and analytical accounting skills
·  Languages: Spanish and English are mandatory
·  Power Point and Excel advanced
·  Analytical and resolutive capacity
·  Communication and teamwork 
·  Knowledge of the business is preferable
