We are currently looking for Breakfast Chef in our an award winning Marco's New York Italian at Mercure London Bridge Hotel!

Marco Pierre White all about the experience; - the buzz, the atmosphere and enjoying the company of friends in gorgeous, comfortable surrounds.

The successful candidate will be taking control of the breakfast service and ensure guests receive a truly delicious and memorable breakfast.
Cooking and managing breakfast service and assisting with lunch service.
