Job Description

Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

·  Be responsible for the efficient handling of guests’ luggage, adhering to proper check-in and checkout procedures.
·  Rostering of Heartists, directing and supervising the Heartists under your hierarchy
·  Check/maintain the cleanliness of ground floor lobbies and main entrances with all brand standards
·  Policies, procedures and service standards
·  Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling guests’ luggage
·  Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

·  Previous service experience is an asset
·  Excellent communication and organizational skills
·  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
·  Highly responsible & reliable
·  Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
·  Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
·  Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous at all times
