Join our vibrant team as a Bartender at SO/ Uptown Dubai. We're looking for a skilled and charismatic individual to create unforgettable experiences for our guests in one of the world's most exciting hospitality destinations.

·  Craft and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, to meet our guests' preferences
·  Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
·  Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
·  Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
·  Adhere to all food safety regulations and local liquor laws
·  Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
·  Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure seamless service
·  Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and mixology techniques
·  Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously

Qualifications

·  1-2 years of previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
·  Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits
·  Proficiency in using POS systems and cash handling
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills
·  Team player with a positive attitude
·  High school diploma or equivalent
·  Bartending certification preferred
·  Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) required
·  Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations
·  Familiarity with Dubai's hospitality industry is a plus
·  Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment
·  Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
