Job Description
The Barista will be responsible for delivering a high-quality coffee and beverage experience to our guests. This role involves crafting expertly prepared coffee drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting coffee station. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, a strong understanding of beverage preparation, and a dedication to creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards. Ensure each drink is crafted with precision and care.

Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, including taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and making personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.

Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality and presentation. Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies, and notify management when replenishment is needed.

Maintenance and Cleanliness: Ensure the coffee station and equipment are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.

Training and Collaboration: Train new staff on beverage preparation techniques and coffee station operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to create a memorable coffee experience. Address any guest concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Sales and Promotions: Actively promote specialty beverages, seasonal offerings, and loyalty programs to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.
Qualifications
· Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
· Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and beverage preparation.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
· Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
