Job Description

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented AV Supervisor to join our team Movenpick Hotel Beirut .

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all audio-visual operations, ensuring high-quality technical support for events, and managing a team of AV technicians.

·  Supervise and coordinate all audio-visual activities, including setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment
·  Lead and mentor a team of AV technicians, providing training and performance evaluations
·  Collaborate with event organisers and clients to understand and meet their technical requirements
·  Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV issues promptly and efficiently
·  Develop and implement standard operating procedures for AV operations
·  Manage inventory, maintenance schedules, and equipment upgrades
·  Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all AV activities
·  Prepare technical documentation, reports, and budgets for AV projects
·  Stay current with the latest AV technologies and industry trends

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Audio-Visual Technology, Electronics, or a related field
·  3-5 years of experience in AV operations and management
·  Proven experience in supervising and training technical staff
·  Strong knowledge of current AV technologies, equipment, and industry trends
·  Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
·  Proficiency in project management and team leadership
·  Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
·  Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
·  Experience in event production and live performances
·  Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese language is advantageous
·  Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
