Key Responsibilities include:
• Developing relationships with travel agents and tour operators
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities
• Executing and renewing wholesale contracts
• Monitoring performance and reporting on sales KPIs
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in wholesale sales or business development within the hospitality industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• In-depth understanding of Phuket’s wholesale travel market
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a pre-opening environment
