Discover the Sofitel Wentworth Sydney

Join Sofitel & House Made Hospitality Redefining Excellence in Australian Hospitality

Be part of a dynamic partnership between Sofitel Sydney Wentworth and House Made Hospitality, where innovation, quality, and care come together across 4 unique venues. We're looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team and help shape unforgettable guest experiences.

About the Venues

Tilda

Tilda is an “Australian Grill”, a luxe 110-seater (which includes a 12-person private dining room). Serving fresh and dry-aged fish and shellfish, with sauces celebrating the seasons and local produce, the menu will shine a spotlight on Australian ingredients. The wine list will likewise lean local, acting as a love letter to Australia’s most important winemakers, regions and grapes, with illustrious labels alongside more contemporary, progressive makers. The cocktail menu will comprise a tight selection of classics poured tableside and infused with local botanicals.

Delta Rue

Delta Rue is striking and bustling restaurant on level 5 of the Sydney Sofitel Wentworth with Vietnamese-French cuisine. Delta Rue evokes the faded old-world elegance of Hanoi’s Old Quarter in the 1920s, offering a piece of unique escapism to our guests. An extensive and wide reaching wine list compliments the bold flavours to help provide a distinctive experience unlike any other in Sydney.
