Established in 2000 in Turkey, Rixos pioneers the ‘ALL Inclusive, ALL Exclusive’ concept, inviting guests to discover a world of possibilities, with luxurious stays, inclusive of culinary delights from around the globe, live entertainment, daily sports, and fitness activities, sensorial spa and wellness journeys and fun-filled kids and teens activities. 

Billed as ‘the first luxurious integrated resort in Jeddah’, Rixos Obhur Jeddah will meet the increasing demand for luxurious hospitality paired with high-quality leisure activities in the area. The resort will host guests in 250 residential units, including 176 rooms and 74 villas, as well as a fine-dining restaurant, two specialty beach restaurants and a lounge bar. Among its many highlights will be an exclusive private beach. Other amenities are to include a central ballroom for events, meeting rooms, a fitness center, a spa, kids and teens clubs, and several swimming pools. All of this will be set amid green landscaping, golden beaches and a port.

Job Description

· 
·  Ensuring that quality of reservation is maintained in terms of guest details, rates, payment methods etc.
·  Planning and using efficient organizational skills to run the daily operation.
·  Supervising on-the-job and weekly training held by team leader for all staff.
·  To keep reservations staff informed on all changes or developments within the hotel and the company.
·  To spot-Check reservations made the previous day and Check all VIP arrivals
·  Training, developing, and motivating staff to increase productivity.
·  To keep department informed of all changes in the customer profile, rates, strategies, promotions and specials.
·  Maximizing employee productivity and morale within the department and consistently maintain discipline within hotel guidelines and local regulations.
·  Having a full working knowledge and ability to supervise, train, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks, in assigned place of work, accordingly to the standards as set.
·  Assisting to Reservations Manager/ Director of Revenue, for preparing necessary reports, documents, duty roster and for other tasks might be required by management.
·  Understands and utilizes a consistent approach to selling in order to support the sales team.
·  Ensures a sales attitude is adopted
·  Ensures and maintains the security of information relating to customers and personnel in the hotel.
·  Complies with all company policies and procedures relating to guest services and all systems.

Qualifications

·  Previous experience of the same position or as Reservations Supervisor preferred
·  Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management
·  Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows applications and Opera PMS is an advantage
·  Excellent communication and organizational skills
·  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
·  Highly responsible & reliable
·  Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
·  Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
·  Ability to handle many conflicting priorities at the same time
·  Excellent communication skills
·  Strong customer service skills required.
