Job Description
· Manage daily financial operations of the F&B department, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
· Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement
· Develop and implement effective cost control measures across F&B outlets
· Oversee inventory management and conduct regular audits to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
· Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management
· Collaborate with department heads to establish and monitor budgets
· Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations
· Train and mentor junior staff in financial management practices.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
· Oral and written fluency in English
· Minimum 2 years of F&B Financial management experience preferred
