Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Learning and Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt. This role is crucial in supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of our organization's learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an Egyptian national with a passion for employee growth and organizational development.

·  Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals
·  Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design tailored learning solutions
·  Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS) to ensure efficient delivery of online training
·  Support the creation of engaging instructional materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and training manuals
·  Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed
·  Analyze training effectiveness through various evaluation methods and provide recommendations for improvement
·  Assist in managing the department's budget and resources
·  Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
·  Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations in all training initiatives

Qualifications

 

·  1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field
·  Proven experience in designing and implementing effective training programs
·  Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
·  Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
·  Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
·  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
·  Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations
·  Understanding of corporate training best practices
·  Professional certifications in L&D (e.g., CPLP, ATD certifications) preferred
·  Egyptian nationality required
