Job Description

·  Assists the Executive Housekeeper in managing the overall housekeeping operations.
·  Supervises and coordinates the work of housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks, training, and performance evaluations.
·  Ensures that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.
·  Conducts regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met.
·  Manages inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, including ordering, receiving, and storing.
·  Develops and implements cleaning schedules and procedures.
·  Handles guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
·  Ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations.
·  Assists with budget preparation and control.
·  Provides leadership and motivation to the housekeeping team.
·  Performs other duties as assigned.
