Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and decisive Assistant Director of People & Culture to join our leadership team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our organization's human resources strategies and foster a positive, high-performance culture in a dynamic island setting.

·  Develop and implement strategic People & Culture initiatives aligned with organizational goals
·  Lead and mentor a team of People & Culture professionals, ensuring excellence in all People & Culture functions
·  Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies to support business growth
·  Oversee performance management processes and initiatives to optimize employee productivity
·  Spearhead organizational development programs to enhance company culture and employee engagement
·  Collaborate with senior leadership to address complex employee relations issues and mitigate risks
·  Analyze People & Culture metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making
·  Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations
·  Manage the People & Culture budget and resource allocation effectively
·  Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
·  7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
·  Proven expertise in strategic People & Culture planning, talent management, and organizational development
·  Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations
·  Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
·  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
·  Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change initiatives
·  Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
·  Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
·  Experience in cross-cultural management and international People & Culture practices
·  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
·  Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is a must
