Job Description

· 
Supports the director in developing and implementing departmental strategies such as planning, budgeting, creating operational reports, and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and heart of the house areas.​

· 
Monitors and ensures guest satisfaction, helps address and track guest concerns, and maintains high standards of cleanliness, and hygiene.​

· 
Trains and supervises all department staff by planning training such as coaching and performance management.​

Qualifications

·  Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.​
·  A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a housekeeping leadership role, preferably as an assistant director, in a luxury hotel is an asset.
·  Excellent leadership skills and strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with a commitment to housekeeping operations and exceeding guest expectations.
·  Strong working knowledge of Opera and MS Office Applications. ​
·  In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.​
