Job Description
This position is responsible for the daily management of F&B Department service, ensuring that the highest standard of F&B service is provided to the Hotel’s guests. Assistant Director Food & Beverage Plans, organizes and direct the overall F&B service operation and administration.
Primary Responsibilities
· Set periodical Food & Beverage Services budget & forecast
· Analyze monthly P&L and month-end reports, identify deviation from business plan goals
· Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the department.
· Oversee and manage Food & Beverage Operations and team members.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
· Previous luxury brand hotel experience is an advantage.
· Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
· Strong organizational and analytical skills.
· Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred
· Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
· Experienced in all aspects of Food & Beverage Services service, especially in local function styles
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity with proven records in delivering Food & Beverage Services operating results
· High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen
