Job Description

·  Assist the property’s Banquet/ Catering in the property’s reactive and proactive sales efforts with focus on Social Events/Wedding and dry events with rooms below 8 per night.
·  Contributes to achieving revenue goals and the financial performance of the Sales & Marketing department.
·  Supports the administrative processes with the pre-events & post-events phases and assist during the events with consistent delivering high level of service.
·  Ensure the team maximizes revenue opportunities by up-selling and accurately forecasting all events.

Qualifications

·  Minimum 1 year professional experience.
·  Strong leadership skill.
·  Understand midscale and economy service and the expectation of midscale and economy guest.
·  Good English, excellent communication skills and computer literate.
·  A well-organized and initiative person.
