Hotel Mövenpick Brussels Airport is looking for an 'All Round F&B' Staff Member!

Hotel Mövenpick, a premium brand of Accor, located at 18 Excelsiorlaan - 1930 Zaventem, will open its doors on 16/12/2024. Are you enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and passionate about hospitality? Then we are looking for you!

Job Description: F&B All Round (variable schedule)

As an All Round F&B Staff Member, you will be responsible for serving breakfast, the bar, lunch, and dinner. All of this takes place on the top floor of the hotel, with a stunning view of the Brussels skyline and the airport!

Breakfast:

·  Mise en place for breakfast
·  Welcoming hotel guests
·  Setting and clearing tables
·  Ensuring general cleanliness

Lunch / Dinner:

·  Welcoming guests in the restaurant/hotel
·  Table service: taking orders and serving food and drinks
·  Wine knowledge is a plus
·  Setting and clearing tables
·  Ensuring general cleanliness
·  Finalizing payments

Bar:

·  Welcoming hotel guests
·  Bar service: taking orders and serving drinks correctly
·  Bar knowledge is a plus
·  Ensuring general cleanliness
·  Finalizing payments

Job Requirements:

·  Experience in hospitality (restaurant or bar service) is a plus
·  Customer-oriented and stress-resistant
·  Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
·  Team player with a positive attitude
