Job Description

·  Coordinates with the suppliers and departments regarding the monthly invoices
·  Reconciles all statements, and makes adjustments as necessary to provide a summary of payments
·  Prepares all appropriate period closing reports and entries

Qualifications

·  Adept in PC applications, FutureLog, SunSystems, Onex
·  Previous experience in a similar role is a must
