Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

This position is responsible for processing payment, bookkeeping and reconciliation of expenses and payables with the objective of ensuring that expenses will be timely and correctly recorded within Company’s procedures & policy and local tax regulations including cash collection, bank transfer and account receivable in accordance with AccorHotels standard process and procedures.

He/she ensures the account month-end closing is completed on time and accurately. Monthly Balance Sheets reconciliation is produced properly and matched with Trial Balance. 

He/she ensure the Company’s book and records are prepared and complied in accordance with Thai Accounting Standards and within local tax rules.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

·  Handle purchase orders (P/O) and invoices from both local and overseas suppliers. Ensure that each P/O is corrected coded, allocated and approved in accordance with the Accor policy
·  Prepare monthly bank reconciliations & revaluations
·  Maintain and reconcile monthly accruals
·  Process monthly fund transfers and update cash books
·  Ensure Balance Sheet reconciliations are performed monthly in line with the Trial Balance
·  Provide administrative support to management, offer guidance on policy enforcement and operational matters.
·  Handle requests from external auditors

Qualifications

·  Holds a bachelor's degree in accounting
·  Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Multinational Company
·  Strong knowledge of accounting principle and Thai Accounting Standards
·  Strong knowledge of Taxation in Thailand
·  Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
·  Basic knowledge of accounting system i.e. SUN
·  Self-motivated with a positive attitude and energetic
·  Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
·  Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
