Job Description

·  Participate to sales related conference calls as required to relay timely updates, processes and instructions for HUB and Hotel sales teams
·  Provide and monitor RFI/RFPs performance report
·  Support new business development goals with preassigned  prospecting calls
·  Assist with solicitation of tactical campaigns with Hotels. 
·  Daily management of A.N.A.I.S and CVENT 
·  Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and conference calls with clients.
·  Assist with various sales projects as required

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree 2-3 years’ experience in the hotel industry with a sound understanding of Hotel operations, sales, marketing and distribution ecosystem
·  Business Management, Tourism or Hotel Management Preferred but not essential
·  Fluency in English. 
·  Advance in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
·  Basic knowledge on sales CRM and Tools : Salesforce and Cvent would be an added advantage.
·  Have an entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, know how to prioritize, comfortable in leading change
