Customer Solution Centers are made up of teams that provide remote (offsite) service; customer access, pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery. Technical teams focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex system. Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products. Develops software including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools. Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design.Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

·  Deliver best-in-class technical solutions to solve customer business challenges 
·  Work independently or in a team on the solution to the customer technical challenges
·  Work independently or across teams to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships 
·  Participate in a chosen technical community or profession to continuously expand your technical knowledge, business acumen, and professional network

Qualification:

·  A bachelor’s degree in Engineering – BE, BTECH or Equivalent.
·  Should have 6 years of experience in Application Development and Migrations
·  Minimum 3 years of hands on experience on Python Scripting and application development using Python Web Frameworks  
·  Minimum 3 years of hands on writing SQL Scripts,Triggers,StoreProcs on databases like MySQL,Oracle,Postgress
·  Minimum 3 years of hands on experience  in Linux environment
·  Hands on experience in Application development using java/J2EE technologies is added advantage.  
·  Candidate preferably have experience on   java technology upgradation projects like Application Servers Version upgradation ( WebLogic lower version to higher etc.), Application server porting from one vendor to other (WebLogic to JBOSS etc. ), other SOA infrastructure and messaging middleware migrations, re-hosting the applications on different Servers ( like HP-UX to RHEL )  or hosting the Application on cloud infrastructure etc.
·  Having experience on Shell Scripting is an added advantage
·  Good problem solving skills
·  Self-starter and experienced in working with the team
·  Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders like Developers, business analysts, and business Stakeholders

·  Be a Quick learner of New Technologies and become hands on very fast
·  Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Can work in projects with tight schedule keeping project’s success is the only goal all the time.
·  Approach new technologies and assignments with a positive, opportunistic “can-do” attitude; willingness to take ownership of issues and assignments.
·  Strong relationship and interpersonal skills including telephony skills, email etiquette the ability to win confidence from customers and other stakeholders
·  Strong written communications skills; ability to listen and take action, attention to detail and customer-care.
·  Ability to recognize risks and advise appropriate company resource for mitigation.
·  Strong organizational, time management skills with keen attention to detail.
