Film/Video Creator - News & Entertainment

Job description

What's Hot London?'s broadcast content development team is looking for a Film/video creator with a passion for news reporting and presentation and also creative content development for entertainment content including scripting, filming, editing and when required even be in front of the camera with good presentation skills or at least have the willingness to develop their skills.

Some basic skills in the aforementioned areas is a must especially videography and editing using Adobe creative suite or any other editing software and also engage on social media promoting our content.

This is a 2 month internship and would suit someone with a media/journalism background.

This is not a desk-bound office role and location would be on the field in London filming,with weekly team catch ups.

Work will be 30 hours a week not necessarily Monday to Friday with more concentration during weekends.

Pay is national minimum wage.

Must be UK national based in London.

Desired profile

Good journalism, broadcast news reporting
Good writing/scriptwriting
Basic knowledge and skills in video filming
Some experience in video editing using Adobe premiere pro, creative suite or any other software
Social media management

Suitable applicant will be further assessed with a video assignment which they will need to complete for final selection.
