What you'll be doing at Webhelp
As a Dutch-Speaking Credit Control Officer - Debtor Management, you will:
- Perform collection in an ethical and respectful manner, seeking to understand the customer's financial situation and propose appropriate payment solutions.
- Record collection and negotiation information accurately and completely in the company's internal system.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by being courteous, proactive and demonstrating empathy.
- Meet performance targets, including the number of calls made, agreements closed, and amounts recovered.
- Act in compliance with the company's policies and guidelines, as well as with the current regulations related to credit recovery.
We'll be a great match if you:
- Have a bachelor's degree or you have experience equivalent to such a degree.
- Are a Dutch speaker with a decent knowledge of English/French.
- Are communicative and customer oriented.
- Show accuracy in your administrative skills.
