• Establish and drive the achievement of market-specific strategic targets in partnership with retail partners and regional functions.
• Champion innovation and transformation to ensure competitive advantage and sustainable growth across product, service, and solution offerings.
• Own full P&L responsibility for the market area, ensuring delivery on key financial and performance metrics including revenue growth, margin improvement, market share, sales forecasting, and price realisation.
• Lead the development and execution of annual business plans for the market area and individual retail partners, ensuring tactical activities are in place to meet or exceed targets.
• Monitor and respond proactively to market dynamics and customer needs, leveraging cross-functional insights to adapt offerings and strategies.
• Build and nurture a high-performing, future-ready dealer network across Market Oceania by working closely with Retail Development and other support functions.
• Drive initiatives to strengthen collaboration, capabilities, and performance of retail partners to ensure an exceptional customer experience and long-term value creation.
• Lead customer-centric initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty across the value chain.
• Partner with Site Solutions Oceania and key stakeholders to develop and promote integrated solutions tailored to the market area’s specific demands.
• Lead and develop a high-impact, purpose-driven team aligned with Volvo CE’s core values and Our Philosophy.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the market area team, regional interfaces, and retail network.
• Invest in talent development and succession planning to build leadership capacity and drive long-term performance.
