Introductie

De Volvo truckfabriek in Gent is de grootste vrachtwagenfabriek van de Volvo Group wereldwijd. Elke dag assembleren bijna 2000 collega's hier trucks van topkwaliteit. Zo staan innovatie en continue verbetering standaard op onze agenda, en dat al van dag 1. Wij geloven dan ook steevast in de filosofie van Lean Manufacturing, waarbij aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en het milieu onze top prioriteit zijn. Onze site vandaag kent heel wat verschillende afdelingen, maar een ding hebben we allemaal gemeenschappelijk: passie voor wat we doen.

Ontmoet jouw team

Je komt terecht in een gepassioneerd communicatieteam dat bestaat uit drie collega's, een collega die zorgt voor logistieke ondersteuning (printwerk, fotografie…) en de directeur communicatie. Maar als communicatiedeskundige is jouw team heel divers: je zet jouw talent immers in om collega's van andere afdelingen te helpen bij hun communicatie-uitdagingen. Je kan ook rekenen op de expertise van een uitgebreid, internationaal Volvo communicatienetwerk.

Jouw ideale stage?

·  Je kan bij ons ervaring opdoen met een heel gevarieerd takenpakket 'op maat' van jouw talenten: redactioneel werk, grafische vormgeving, een videoscenario bedenken, filmen en zelf monteren, een onderzoeksopdracht, de opmaak en uitwerking van a tot z van een communicatieplan, een blitze bedrijfspresentatie opmaken, social media en andere digitale communicatiekanalen managen, een bedrijfsbezoek of –evenement helpen coördineren, ...
·  We betrekken jou bij actuele projecten die in het bedrijf lopen  om de nodige communicatie uit te werken en te organiseren voor de verschillende doelgroepen, via verschillende kanalen (social media, informatieschermen, teammeetings, intranet,nieuwsbrief…).
·  Je gaat zelf op pad in onze fabriek om collega’s te interviewen of communicatie-acties te bespreken en uit te werken.

·  Je bent enthousiast, nieuwsgierig en creatief.
·  Je bent een flexibele teamspeler en legt vlot contact met collega's in uiteenlopende functies.
·  Je bent een sterke storyteller in woord én beeld.
·  Je bent  heel taalvaardig, in het Nederlands en Engels.
·  Je kan vlot overweg met Office programma's.
·  Kennis van Adobe Indesign en Adobe Premiere of andere videobewerkingprogramma’s is mooi meegenomen.
