The Monitoring Center is part of the Volvo Trucks service market organization and serves as a creative development hub for service market services. With data analytics, the team ensures that vehicles remain operational and achieve optimal uptime.  Perceived by many as a scale-up within the Services area, we nurture empowerment and enthusiasm as key ingredients for driving customer success.

The Service Owner for Monitoring Services is responsible for the strategic oversight and continuous improvement of our monitoring services. This role involves intense collaboration with different stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of monitoring solutions.

 

Responsibilities and Main Tasks:

 

·  Define the service strategy for monitoring services.
·  Ensure alignment with other stakeholders and teams.
·  Get requirements from the markets and bring them in internally for continuous improvement.
·  Set business requirements for KPI´s
·  Set up quarterly meetings with the markets
·  Keep track of SLA´s and Roadmaps together with Uptime services director
·  Be the spider in the web to stay informed about all ongoing projects.
·  Own and drive the process to release the services in new markets or new regions.
·  Provide input for potential future development/expansion of the service based on stakeholder requests and other leads.

·  Excellent communication skills
·  Ability to efficiently manage and execute multiple tasks.
·  Ability to prioritize effectively, switch between tasks with ease, and maintain productivity without compromising the quality of your work.
·  Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
·  Ability to build relationships and foster collaboration among diverse groups.
·  Excellent knowledge of English, any other language is an asset.
·  You demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt, actively.

 

Occasional travel is required in this function.
