What you will do
The Senior Warranty Administrator is responsible to process claims for validity and accuracy according to current North American coverage certificates, policies, and procedures. This role involves resolving conflicts and processing complex claims. This role will apply experience, mastery of systems, and outstanding customer service to consistently resolve conflicts, process complex claims, provide input to Warranty Program Managers, and mentoring other Warranty Administrators.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
· Process claims for validity and accuracy consistent with policies and Warranty Administrators.
· Consistently process claims within establish time/money limits.
· Identify and embrace new methods of claim review.
· Outstanding conflict resolution skills to quickly resolve claim disputes.
· Provide dealer and internal staff with warranty training daily by phone contacts, during periodically scheduled classes, and during dealer visits or with fleet and dealer visits to TSMA.
· Participate in updates to Warranty Administration Procedures Manual as items are identified to include re-writes of the manual and coverage certificates.
· Assist with dealer warranty audits as required.
· Investigate, quantify, and take action when necessary, on claim patterns that are outside acceptable limits.

Essential Educational and/or Training Qualifications and Certificates
· Associate degree in Applied Technology or Business
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Preferred Experience/Knowledge
· 3+ years of experience working with fleets
· 5+ years of technical experience in automotive industry of which at least 2 years were directly involved in warranty decisions, preferably in heavy duty truck/service outlet
· Working knowledge of the Volvo & Mack parts systems to include IMPACT, Mack Net Parts and Compass.
· 2+ years in a customer service role
· Experience with data analytics preferred, especially SAS EG.
Other Requirements
· Record of outstanding customer support required
· Fixation on ensuring all Warranty Administrators apply the same claim processing criteria
· Structured, process mindset with openness to new methods
