Solicitamos: Practicante de Capacitación.

 

Objetivo de la posición:  Apoyar en los procesos relacionados del área de capacitación y gestión de talento, así como asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos de ambas áreas.

Requisitos:  

·  Escolaridad: Recien egresados en Licenciatura psicología, administración, desarrollo de proyectos de negocios, comunicación, industrial, gestión y administración de PYMES.
·  Software: Paqueteria Office, en particular dominio de excel y power point, edición de videos ,Microsoft office 365.
·  Idioma: Inglés Intermedio.

Actividades:

·  Generar los indicadores de las área (Proceso completo de capacitación de los empleados en el sistema).
·  Mantener actualizado el archivo e infomación de capacitación de los empleados.
·  Realizar cotizaciones y ordenes de compra para los procesos de capacitación.
·  Realizar presentaciones y reportes generales del área. Diseñar dinámicas y presentaciones atractivas para los empleados.
