Location: Warwick – Hybrid (Minimum 60% office-based)
Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time

Pay:  Competitive
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 P/ 37.5 hour week

About the role

We are currently looking for a self-motivated and diligent individual to join our Warranty and Contract Claims team. As a Senior Handler within the team you will support other team members and the Claims Manager alongside accurately processing warranty and contract claims for our Renault Truck Dealerships in the UK and Ireland. You will work closely with internal teams and engage with senior management, building effective relationships, providing technical insights and ensuring claims are handled professionally and efficiently.

We are a small, close-knit team, consisting of three Claims Handlers and a Claims Manager reporting to the National Technical and Warranty Manager. We provide support to both newcomers and longtime colleagues alike, utilizing our wealth of knowledge to answer queries and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance the dealer experience. As a collaborative team, we regularly exchange ideas and discuss recurring claim anomalies to drive continuous improvement.

What will you be doing?

·  As a Senior Claims handler you will support the Claims Manager with daily operations, deputising in their absence and providing guidance to the team as needed
·  Provide a professional service to our dealers in processing claims and pre-authorising repairs.
·  Check for legitimate parts and labour where necessary, discussing any anomalies with the dealership.
·  Ensure the system reflects correct vehicle and customer data.
·  Liaise with the technical team to supply supporting documents for claims.
·  Assist in audits of claims and maintain the contract procedure manual.
·  Prepare ad-hoc reports as required using Excel and Power BI.
·  Work effectively and systematically to meet tight deadlines, balancing a high-volume workload.

·  Commercial awareness of the truck/automotive industry and dealership operations.
·  Experience in an administrative role.
