What you will do

In order to be successful, we would like you to be enthusiastic about the job and responsibilities: 

·  Overall delivery responsibility for system user support ensuring high partner satisfaction
·  Provide inspiring and mature leadership to 20+ direct reports
·  Proactively secure knowledgeable resources for key HR related projects; lead operational planning, utilize resources proactively, flexibly and efficiently
·  Maintain and expand high level expertize for the subordinate staff for advanced technologies
·  Manage and oversee system functions including business continuity, data security, user assistance; handle unexpected flaws and disturbances
·  Together with key stakeholders secure solution lifecycle management: roll out in new countries, enhancements, maintenance plan
·  Advocate the solution in the HR community including own organization and translate HR business needs into technical requirements
·  Drive HR reporting service offering evolution
·  Achieve regular efficiency and productivity gains through improvement initiatives and advanced solutions, both within own area of responsibility and by supporting other business units
·  Manage the financials of the business unit; ensure that budget frame is met and proper cost management is in place
·  Contribute to key initiatives in Global Center and People Services business agenda, on regular basis
·  Represent Global Center and People Services in various management forums or project steering committees
·  Actively contribute in the Poland People Services management community

Who are you?

An ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: 

·  Successful leadership track record with experience in operating in global matrix organizations with multiple layers and stakeholders
·  Successful leader of people with the ability to plan, establish and deliver on ambitious targets
·  Customer focused with skills in global relation building and proactive engagement with stakeholders on various levels
·  Team player who is able to work across organization and who understands that it is by trusting each other and utilizing our diversity that we will reach our objectives
·  At ease with technology and IT environment, advanced IT literacy
·  Ability to respond to complex business needs of limited structure and definition
·  Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, ability to present at senior management level
·  Genuine understanding and appreciation of how important it is to have fun at work
