Job description

Flexis is the new company in the green logistics sector, with the mission to create more sustainable societies and change the way we move goods through cities. 

 

As the Services Specialist, you will collaborate with other members of the sales team and our customers. You will deep dive into the needs of the most demanding last mile delivery fleets and focus on defining and delivering customer-centric value propositions.

 

This crucial position will also involve cross-country collaboration with your peers from other markets and HQ. You will be responsible for identifying and recommending complete software integration solutions based on customer requirements, and actively supporting co-development efforts with key customers. 

Your expertise will contribute to the success of key accounts while aligning with the overall business strategy.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•    Become the product expert for all software related elements of the Flexis product lineup.
•    Oversee the development and execution of customer-centric solutions across different last-mile delivery customer segments:
- Work closely with key account teams to understand the specific needs and challenges of clients within the last-mile delivery segment.
- Define and package customer-centric value propositions that align with clients' operational, ESG and strategic objectives.
•    Actively engage in co-development efforts with all stakeholders and our key customers, facilitating collaborative workshops and engagement sessions.
•    Support key accounts project on charging infrastructure and ecosystem requirements to integrate our solution to customers operational constraints.
•    Ensure that team members are up-to-date with industry best practices and innovations.
•    Actively listen to customers and give feedback to constantly adapt / improve solution offer match with customer needs.
•    Spend time embedded in the day to day operations of our customers to fully understand their pain points and needs.

 

What you bring:

•    Agile and eager to learn & share.
•    Highly engaged in sustainability transition (environment, health & safety).
•    High communication and listening skills.
•    Knowledge and experience with software as a service (SaS / SaaS) would be an advantage.
•    LCV & Last mile delivery knowledge is an advantage.
•    Background with E-mobility would be a plus.
•    Ability to manage customer relationships in complex environments.
•    Strong customer obsession with holistic view to build trust.
•    Able to work cross functionally in project mode.
•    Act as a real team player, promoting collaboration and support.
•    Fluent English.

We are a team of diverse peers looking to create a future company which will grow to 100+ collaborators over the next six months. We aim to make this project raising significant investments and reach rapidly a significant size with sales in excess of 2Bn. We are thinking big and fast. We will operate at the junction between electric vehicles and the digital world.
