Transport Products Road Europe is part of the Logistics Europe & South America organization within Trucks Technology & Industrial Division (TTI).
Our focus is to deliver trucks, vans, machines and buses in time by maintaining a good relationship with our carriers and Sales colleagues.
We are now looking for a Distribution Responsible to join our team during Summer.

Curious what you will be doing?
· You are responsible to monitor the delivery of finished products at the agreed location within the agreed contracted delivery date
· You monitor proactively the deliveries and react to avoid or minimalize the impact on the final customer
· You are responsible to replan the deliveries on the customer’s demand (rush)
· You analyze the short and mid term forecast to share with the carrier and further plan for actions
· You are the daily contact for operational questions from the customer and the supplier
· You are expected to detect recurring deviations and escalate them

· With daily customer/ carrier contact, it is important that you are customer oriented with a true service mind-set. We place great importance on high-level service and social skills.
· Important to be a team player as we are supporting each other every day to achieve great results and move towards common vision and goals.
· The work acquires usage of several IT systems. Therefore you need to be comfortable to learn and handle several different programs. (Power BI, Qlik View, Sharepoint, One note, Teams,…)
· With several carriers/ markets under your responsibility this position needs you to be skilled in organizing your every-day work and being able to re-prioritize when urgent issues appear.
· As we are a truly global and diverse company, you need to be fluent in both speaking and writing in English, French is an asset.
· You can work independently and creatively solve problems.
