In the Global Center inside People Services , we are responsible for smoothly executing the Global Compensation process for Volvo Group employees. Your main mission will be to support compensation processes, analyze and report on them.
Your future team is called the Compensation and Navigator Operations. We operate globally and our greatest values are expert knowledge, advise on global compensation and performance processes for our colleagues globally.
In the team we analyze data, provide support of the processes and tools as well as we use and configure a cloud-based online platform, SAP SuccessFactors. We keep business requirements in different countries and provide tool and process-related support for end users (People & Culture Partners and Managers).
Who are you?
Do you dream big? We do too, and we are excited to grow together. In this role you will:
· Collect internal and external market data, and report data to salary survey providers
· Analyze benchmark reports comparing internal jobs to the external market data
· Help countries to build and maintain pay structure
· Support the countries annual salary review process
· Maintain Global Job architecture
· Build global relationships to ensure process & solution maturity
· Cast a wide view over the whole process and suggest improvements where possible and valuable
· Translate clients' business needs into product backlogs, user stories, detailed business requirements documents, and use cases
· Conduct training for some groups
If you are:
· Experienced with Compensation & Benefits (Familiarity with market data and external providers or HR processes knowledge is a plus)
· Able to communicate confidently and clearly in English, fostering effective interactions with stakeholders at all levels
· Learn quickly and maintain quality business relationships
· Very well organized, and while also a strong team member, you perform to a high level alone
· Explore technical queries related to data analysis and data visualization
· Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks and projects
