In the Global Solutions Operations inside People Services , we are responsible for smoothly executing the Global Compensation process for Volvo Group employees. In the team, we use and configure a cloud-based online platform, SAP SuccessFactors, in keeping with business requirements in different countries and provide tool and process-related support for end users (People & Culture Partners and Managers).
We work as first-line support of HR software as well as the advisors of global compensation and performance processes for our colleagues globally .
Your future team is called the Compensation and Navigator Operations. We operate globally and our greatest values are expert knowledge, a friendly workplace, and cooperation.
Who are you?

· Perform a range of tasks aimed at ensuring the timely payment of bonuses in accordance with STI and LTI policies
· Work with SuccessFactors in supporting stakeholders in registrations, updating data in the compensation module, preparing various reports, etc.
· Prepare and send communication to participants
· Cooperate closely with stakeholders from 50+ countries
· Be responsible for preparing quarterly accruals
· Analyze data and propose process improvements

If you are someone who:
· Demonstrates confident and clear communication skills in English, both verbal and written
· Possesses a solid understanding of short-term and long-term incentive plans (is a plus)
· Is experienced in complex projects, with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously (a strong plus)
· Has logical mindset and confidence in working with numerical data and financial calculations
· Is proficient in Excel
· Learns quickly and is able to adapt to new concepts and maintain high-quality business relationships
· Is capable of working effectively under pressure, adhering to strict deadlines and managing multiple deliverables
· Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Has knowledge of payroll processes and systems (is a plus)
· Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks
