CRM PROJECT MANAGER

Job description

Entreprise:
Virbac Corp. wishes to develop its customer relationship and improve the experience of its veterinary customers.
The CRM Project Manager is responsible for managing implementation of the CRM, coordinating the various stakeholders and developing the use of data within the company.
Poste et missions:
Responsibility 1: CRM Project leader
- Drive project management activities (planning, organization, task management, risk management, ...)
- Builds the “Roadmap” in collaboration with the teams involved and ensures there is daily interaction
- Drives change management processes (communication, training, …)
- Leads project management committees.
Responsibility 2: Business Data manager
- Establish data quality governance
- With the help of IT and various stakeholders, consolidate reporting data platforms
- Process non customer related data and leverage existing database
- Define opportunities to leverage existing data more efficiently (sales, vets, clinics)
- Build continuous process improvements for data (cleaning, controls)
- Encourage data usage (e.g. KPI review meetings)
One month will first be spent in France for training and onboarding.
Profil:
- Master’s degree in Business or Information Technology or engineering related field is required
- Business intelligence and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of project lifecycle management and project management tools
- PMI Certification preferred
- Knowledge of IT-oriented processes (specifications, tests, …)
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work collegially and collaboratively with all levels and functions within the organization to foster partnership and teamwork
- CRM significant experience preferred
English fluency is required, French fluency is a preferred skill set
