Digital Marketing Executive

Job description

Bachy Soletanche is looking for a dynamic individual to help drive our digital marketing journey. The role will focus on delivering customer engagement activities, supporting the work-winning team and celebrating our successes. 

Tasks include:

·  Create, deliver and analyse social media campaigns across X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
·  Track, analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing activities
·  Create social media graphics that are visually appealing and align with BSL's brand identity
·  Contribute to marketing strategy with a focus on digital
·  Design and implement email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture database contacts using marketing automation platforms including Pardot and Dotdigital
·  Responsible for managing the corporate website on WordPress, the content management system (CMS). This includes adding new content, website functionality checks, refreshing webpage content, on-page keyword optimisation and backlinking for improved navigation
·  Developing and executing effective Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategies to improve Bachy Soletanche's online ranking, authority and visibility and to drive organic traffic
·  Manage the design/art-working and online delivery of Down2Earth, the twice-yearly internal digital magazine
·  Update and manage the news portal on company intranet site to reflect key messages throughout departments
·  Update and manage the flow of content on the business' Digital Screens
·  Deliver various digital assets as required across the business-graphic design, photography (or editing), video editing, document/presentation templating and formatting
·  Undertake templated graphic design projects, when required, including SHEQ Toolbox Talks, Case Studies, New Work Awards, Strategy documentation, Tender covers/formatting
·  Ensure the Company's core values are embedded in all decisions made and shape your behaviour

This is a Hybrid role, working 3 days a week from our office in Camberley, Surrey. It is a full time permanent role, 37.5 hours a week.

Essential Skills:

·  Salesforce and account Engagement (formerly Pardot)
·  WordPress CMS
·  Social Media channel management including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram
·  Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Desirable Skills & Experience:

·  Proven experience in a Marketing role
·  Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification
·  Adobe Premier Pro
·  Google Analytics (GA4)
·  Photography skills
