Job description

Vida Kids PR represent a number of international children's fashion and lifestyle brands. We work closely with global press on a day-to-day basis to secure publicity for each of our clients, as well as work with influencers on social media campaigns and run seasonal events and pop ups.

We are looking for a determined intern to help support with the daily running of the PR office and showroom. We want someone who is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and loves being part of a team, we are a small office and require someone who isn't afraid to get stuck in to the role and tasks at hand. Our aim is to ensure all interns leave with a broad understanding of how a UK fashion press office is managed.

Tasks include but not limited to:

- Showroom support including sample management
- Liaising with press during showroom appointments
- Press release drafting
- Social media support
- Event support
- Media monitoring
- Report drafting
- Administrative tasks including printing, filing, courier booking

We offer a minimum term of three months to all candidates who are looking to undertake an internship as part of their university degree.

Desired profile

- A level qualifications
- Currently studying a relevant University degree such as Public Relations, Fashion or Marketing
- Internships must be part of your university degree
- Literate in English language
- Other languages are also beneficial
