Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Vellinge, Sweden. This role is crucial for the development of new process applications and supporting our sales and services departments. You will be instrumental in executing pilot tests, documenting technical results, and providing expert advice on filter dimensioning for new projects.
What will your main responsibilities be?
Develop new process applications and execute pilot tests.
Document and report technical results comprehensively.
Support sales and service departments by dimensioning filters for new projects and validating technical offers.
Disseminate technical results through articles, brochures, and conferences.
Update and maintain documentation for microscreens and peripherals.
Coordinate and prepare quotes for pilot trials for corporate customers.
Participate as a process expert in pilot trials performed by corporate customers, and choosing the best solutions for bench and pilot testing
Oversee process start-up and commissioning as needed.
Lead process development work, including planning, start-up, and operation of pilot tests.
Prepare risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment during pilot trials and laboratory activities.
Conduct Tests and water analyses that can be done in the company’s laboratory
Summarize all data collected and findings of development projects in reports
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
Engineering degree with a focus on chemical, civil, or environmental engineering.
Experience in dimensioning water treatment processes is highly desirable.
Proficiency in laboratory tests common in the water purification industry.
Experience in planning, managing, and reporting on development projects.
European Driving License - Class B.
Proficient in office suite tools (Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides or similar).
Knowledgeable in water treatment and up-to-date with the latest technical developments.
Creative, curious, committed, and eager to learn and develop in water treatment processing.
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to share knowledge within the organization.
Fluent in English.
