Job Description

She/He will support the preparation of financial reporting for Veolia Middle East (actuals, forecasts, Budget) and perform analysis of reporting of all the entities of the scope. Based in the Head Office in Dubai, the Junior Financial Reporting Analyst will report to the Near and Middle East Head of Controlling and Reporting.

Veolia Middle East is looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst in Dubai, United Arab Emirates : 

She/He will be responsible for:

· 
Support coordination of the closings : ensure accuracy (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash Flow items) and on time submission by subsidiaries in the consolidation software

· 
Support, update and improvement of the consolidation data on Google Sheets and various reports : KFIs, Savings, CAPEX, Segments and bridge analysis on a regular basis

· 
Support preparation of excel reporting by retrieving data for all Key Financial Indicators, detailed P&L Analysis and help deliver presentation templates of monthly results in strict  respect of deadlines

· 
Help coordination to the closings on Veolia BI tool (Pixel) : ensure accuracy and on time submission by the subsidiaries in the BI software, in line with Veolia definitions and standards

· 
Help coordination of budget and forecasts reporting : budget submission (yearly and monthly) and 2 updates per year (forecast) + 1 long term plan

· 
Support consolidation reporting (Vector and consolidation tool).

· 
Improve automation of all reporting and format of reporting

· 
Provide ad hoc analyses and reports as required

Location :  Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Duration : 24 months

Remuneration :  2722,79€ net/month (according to the rates of January 2025)

Benefits : 30 days' leave per 12 months / Tax-free / French pension contribution

Qualifications

Educational background:

·  Master Degree in accounting or finance

Previous experience: 

· 
Professional Qualification in Accounting or Finance is appreciated (equivalent to CPA) 

· 
Prior work experience of 1 to 2 years minimum is appreciated 

· 
Prior experience in reporting or controlling 

Skills: 

· 
ADVANCED SKILLS IN EXCEL with elements of Google Suite

· 
Knowledge of consolidation tool / Vector system is desired

· 
Ability with computer tools (financial reporting tools) 

· 
Knowledge of IFRS 16
