Job Description

Role Summary:

To support the HQ Treasury and Commercial Team with the BG, LC and Bonds Request , reporting as well as closure of the issuances upon expiry of the project.

Job Responsibilities

·  Work with the Paris HQ Processing of all Trade Financing Requests
·  Follow up as needed to acquire full and complete information from the business requestors.
·  Create request in Fairways and upload all documentation in Fairways
·  Work with the Paris HQ Trade finance team for the issuance of the BG
·  Work with Marsh for Surety Bonds issuance in NAM and LAM
·  Work with local banks as needed for the LC issuance
·  Manage the data in Fairways and quarterly reconciliation
·  Follow up and ensure timely release of the Guarantees after completion of project
·  Work on any ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business or related major

Additional Information

Desired Profile

Relevant experience in Trade Financing and good understanding of the process
and the required communication needs is heavily preferable.

Key Skills

Excel/Google Sheets - Intermediate
SAP preferable
Excellent communication skills
