Job Description

Supervision and responsibility for ensuring that waste water equipment is installed as agreed, with high quality and on time. Lead, quidance, support and motivation of the erection team during assembly and possibly also during commissioning. You will be performing erection supervisions globally and you are our company's representative on the construction site. You are responsible for mechanical erection and you will also participate in product development of our own devices.  You maintain your own and also the erection team's occupational safety, comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations required by the construction site. You prepare reports and other documentation with the required time limits by using appropriate electronic systems. As part of the equipment design, you will participate in preparation of documents, procurement of components and the supervision of manufacturing. 

Qualifications

A suitable degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent Master of Engineering (MEng) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree.

Several years of work experience in erection supervision and equipment design.

Desire to do international and multicultural work.

Strong oral and written skills in Finnish and English. Other language skills are considered an advantage.

Ability to use the latest design tools and cloud-based systems.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with customers.

Open and enthusiastic attitude to learning new skills and continuous improvement.

Natural ability to communicate fluently with people both on the phone, via video link and face to face.
