The Entra Product Manager serves as the voice of the customer and IT stakeholders to guide choices and build consensus throughout the entire product lifecycle.

He/She suggests a product usage strategy with the highest business and customer impact.

He/she represents strategic business needs and priorities, prioritizes and manages the product feature request backlog and incorporates feedback from business stakeholders to guide continuous product improvement. The position of this PM role is focused on operational part, due to the size of the scope and to its complexity.

Job Description

The Product Manager's responsibility is to drive maximum value from Entra offerings, while maintaining a strategic focus on the VESA tenant.

·  Vision & enterprise architecture
·  Step back on application & system architecture, formalizes and consolidates the transversal vision on tools & system
·  Lead or participate to study and design work to impulse mutualisation
·  Lead or participate in vision build
·  Strong interaction with Cloud strategy team to feed them with ground needs & benefit from them
·  Service Delivery Management
·  Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, leveraging user feedback and data-driven insights to drive iterative improvements
·  Formalize the business model, review and update the delivery model, establish a deployment strategy, implement a fail-fast approach with prototypes and tests
·  Ensure Office CTO requirements are met. If necessary organize delegation to manage those topics
·  Update the products referenced on Veolia's internal marketplace and create new spaces for future tools
·  Support L2, L3: In support of the business, provide a second level of support by accompanying the local IS&T in its investigations
·  Rely on internal expertises to ensure the delivery of a product of a good level in Product design
·  Follow day to day necessary delivery and or follow suppliers by ensuring Service Delivery Manager Role in addition to Product Manager Role. Coordination with SDM when the role already exist
·  The Product Manager is also accountable for effective Feature Request Backlog management, which includes:
·  Defining and explicitly communicating the Product Goal
·  Creating and clearly communicating Feature Request Backlog items
·  Ordering Feature Request Backlog items 
·  Ensuring that the Feature Request Backlog is transparent, visible and understood
·  Organizing backlog management, milestone & decision path
·  Governance
·  Produce the reporting elements for the scope of activity for the various projects and products under his/her responsibility
·  He/She will be integrated in the Cloud Platform's PM community and will be integrated in Microsoft Governance
·  Participate in exchanges with all stakeholders: BU, IS&T Members and Suppliers
·  Analyze user behavior in order to contribute to the sharing of best practices with members of the PO community
·  Produce the reporting elements for the scope of activity for the various projects and products under his/her responsibility Knowledge management
·  Accompany the BU in the deployment of solutions and document the processes
·  Maintain reference central  documentation & knowledge tool set to ensure quality of service

·  Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices through technology research
·  Identify the main competitors and define the product's plus points in relation to the competition
·  Share his knowledge with goodwill to helps people to grow
help & support people including non tech to understand. be accessible & collaborate cross function
·  Collaborate with the software asset manager and the Microsoft vendor manager
·  Share with the SAM & maintain the BU contact list, a communication channel with BUs, the up to date purchasing volume products list (inventory), the up to date product consumption and projections
·  Prepare the QBR with Microsoft
·  Work closely with the SAM to understand the licensing models, metrics, and requirements for his/her specific software product, and provide guidance on optimal licensing strategies to support adoption
·  Collaborate with the SAM to ensure that the software is properly supported to facilitate adoption
·  Leverage the product usage data to identify areas where adoption can be improved, understand user behavior and pain points, and prioritize training initiatives to drive better adoption
·  Provide input on product roadmaps, feature requirements, and user feedback to inform procurement decisions and vendor negotiations

Technology

·  Passion for technology and learning. Expert in MS Azure & Entra, or ready to increase his/her expertise
·  Knowledge of the available relevant policies, best of practice

Product & Market

·  Deep knowledge of the product & stakeholder needs associated with deep knowledge of the market : competitors, technologies, customer behaviors, expectations, following industry analysis, understand the role of social media on your customer behavior

Reporting

·  Define, track, report and improve existing indicators. Collect & follow data
·  Committee & governance management

Management Customer / Supplier

·  Sense of service, listening and responding appropriately to customers' requests
·  Deep knowledge of the customers : pains, issues, desires, how they think, how they work and how they decide to buy
·  Knowledge of methodology items to ensure excellence

Agile Methodology

·  Reduction of the life cycle of the software by developing a minimal version, then by integrating the features by an iterative process based on a customer focus and tests throughout the cycle of developpement/deployment

Monitoring a budget

·  Build and follow its forecast, follow the billing / Ability to oversee revenue and expenditure tracking in an organization

·  Easily share his knowledge. Participate to team training

Higher education, Bachelor's degree +5 or equivalent Strong experience in top-tier Consulting firms
Good Experience in Project Management
